Basic Rules
1. Must be 21 to rent.
2. Must have major credit card.
3. Must sign rental agreement at time of arrival and abide by all rules.
4. Security deposit is required at the time of arrival.
5. Children must be supervised at all times.
6. 50% of rent is required at the time of reservation and must be paid within 2
days or reservation will be CANCELLED. Remainder 30 days prior to arrival.
7. Everyone staying in the house Must sign a waiver.
